Q: How do I unsubscribe or remove myself from receiving email offers?

If you no longer want to receive special offers by email, you can remove your email address from our list at any time in one of two ways:

Option 1: Click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of every promotional email

Option 2:

  • Log in to your Babyblankets.com account.
  • Click on My Account.
  • Click on ”My Newsletters and Subscriptions” .
  • Uncheck box next to “General Subscription” and click  on “Save Changes”
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for changes to take effect.

Q: How long do you keep my order status history?

A: 

The “My Orders” section is one of the great features on babyblankets.com. Your entire orders history can be retrieved from the “My Account” section. However you will need to create an account at the time of your order.

Q: What if I do not receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?

A: 

If you do not receive your order by 5 P.M. on the scheduled delivery date, contact Customer Care via e–mail at info@babyblankets.com  or call us between 10am & 5pm, EST, Monday - Friday at 201-659-0105

Q: I won't be available tomorrow to accept my delivery, what do I do?

A: 

If you have already placed an order with us, please call us right away. We may be able to re–schedule your order for a different delivery day that is more convenient for you.

If the delivery cannot be made, your order will be returned to the local delivery center and another attempt will be made.

If you haven’t already placed an order then prior to placing your order, please call us to discuss this with an associate.

Q: What do I do if I lost my tracking number?

A: 

If you forget or misplace your Tracking Number, then just contact us from the same email address you used to place your order.

Q: How do I know if babyblankets.com received my order?

A: 

Once an order you have placed you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain your shipping address, your order number and any other changes to your order. If you didn't receive an order confirmation email please check you spam or junk email folder and add babyblankets.com to your safe sender list. If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by phone. If we can't reach you right away, we will contact you by email.

The USPS typically delivers between the hours of 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM, M–F excluding holidays. We cannot determine exact delivery time, but we can tell you if it has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with your order that have been reported to us.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: 

Babybalnkets.com currently do not ship or bill to international addresses. Ground shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto-Rico.

Why is the sales tax added to my order?

Babyblankets.com charges sales tax on orders based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. Babyblankets.com operates in the state of New Jersey and therefore we are required by law to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of that state.
